Thank You for Mixing It In '66!

Hobart City Hall · 30 April – 4 May 2026

The music has stopped, the petticoats are packed and the last square has been danced. Five days, fifty years of national conventions in Tasmania, and one unforgettable celebration – thank you for being part of it.

Our Heartfelt Thanks

A national convention only happens because of people. To everyone who danced, called, cued, volunteered, set up, packed down and cheered from the sidelines – you made Hobart sparkle.

Thank you for helping us celebrate 50 years of National Conventions in Tasmania.

  • Every dancer who travelled near and far
  • Our callers & cuers who kept us moving
  • The volunteers and 2026 Convention team
  • Hobart City Hall & Hobart Town Hall teams
  • The Australian National Square Dance Conventions Board
  • Everyone who supported us along the way
